In addition to maintaining our daily business of working for lenders, mortgage companies, credit unions, Fannie Mae, buyers, sellers, appraisal management companies, and the like, Martin Appraisal's expertise and knowledge in the appraisal field is called upon each year to work with several Texas County Appraisal Districts (CADs) on the yearly tax studies for the Texas Independent School Districts; a working relationship that spans over a decade.  The priviledge of being included in these yearly studies adds to our overall market knowledge, perception and understanding of our service areas.

Our company is based centrally in the areas we service.  Keeping up with advancing computer technology and specialized programs in order to better serve our customers is one of the ways we are able to accurately and promptly service our markets.  In order to provide the highest level of production to compliment our in-house knowledge, we maintain eleven (11) multiple listing services or MLS systems within our service areas in order to remain current and up to date with the latest changes to our markets.
