In addition to maintaining our daily business of working for lenders, mortgage companies, credit unions, Fannie Mae, buyers, sellers, appraisal management companies, and the like, Martin Appraisal's expertise and knowledge in the appraisal field is called upon each year to work with several Texas County Appraisal Districts (CADs) on the yearly tax studies for the Texas Independent School Districts; a working relationship that spans over a decade.  The privilege of being included in these yearly studies adds to our overall market knowledge, perception and understanding of our service areas. 

We provide appraisals for urban, suburban, rural residential and commercial, land values (both large and small), mortgage refinancing, purchases, private mortgage insurance removal, estate planning, divorce settlements, reviews, new construction loans, condemnation matters, bank foreclosures (REO), complex residential and commercial properties, warehouses, office buildings, multi-family properties, property tax consulting, market and marketability studies, general consultation, litigation and much more...you name it and we have probably already done it in your area.

We offer a full range of appraisal services across our wide service area in east and southeast Texas over 28 counties.  We also service the small and off the beaten path rural communities in these same areas. Our company is based centrally in the areas we service.  Keeping up with advancing computer technology and specialized programs in order to better serve our customers is one of the ways we are able to accurately and promptly service our markets.  In order to provide the highest level of production to compliment our in-house knowledge, we maintain eleven (11) multiple listing services or MLS systems within our service areas in order to remain current and up to date with the latest changes to our markets.  Martin Appraisal & Consulting has been in the same location and in business since 1997. We have a full time staff of appraisers, one secretary/receptionist, one accountant and office manager working together to better serve your appraisal needs.

We are registered with appraisalport.com; however, we accept appraisal requests directly via phone, e-mail, fax, through this website or if there is a appraisal management service you use and would like us to register, please ask us.

We make covering 28 counties seem easy and we do all of our own work - we do not refer out of our office to other appraisers. Martin Appraisal is FHA & USDA approved.
